Ms Vinakshi Kadan is working as a practicing advocate in The Supreme Court of India and has worked with the State of Gujarat in numerous cases. She has been working tirelessly for edifying as well as empowering the women in India. She has been imparting legal literacy workshops to women in perturb with the collaboration of NHRD, ACTED, UN, Florida Bar Association and many other organizations. Her contemporary and dauntless thinking and dedication has helped INBA achieve unprecedented growth during the previous years. Ms. Kadan is a convent educated novice to begin with. She completed her B.A. Hons. (English) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Being an excellent student she received a remarkable opportunity of getting campus hired by GE Capital international services, HQ- Canton, Ohio. Thereafter she worked along with central HR. After which she developed interest in the field of law and order and completed her graduation in Law (3 yrs) from Kurukshetra University. Concurrently she started her MBA in Human Resources whereby she started working on the completion of her project for GE Capital based on Policies and Procedures. Subsequently, she started working with the state of Gujarat. In addition to the above qualifications, Ms Kadan is a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India since 2011. Ms. Kadan has never failed to set examples for the aspiring women where she has managed to strike a balance between her personal and professional life. She started working on the compilation of the book, -‘Phenomenal She’ when her child was just four months old. Being an active speaker and influencer she has been delivering lectures in various universities and organizations and is a panel member in many of them. She conducted a survey on sexual harassment which was picked up by FORBES. Ms Kadan was also awarded by Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Bindal, a sitting judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court. She specializes in environmental issues, providing legal aid (Pro Bono), Data Privacy and AADHAR and issues related to women – sexual harassment at workplace.

Mr Per Oberg from Sweden, born in Stockholm 1952 is representing INBA to the European Nordic Countries. Oberg partly lives in India since 1985 and is a Business Developer who helps companies and organizations to develop their activities between EU, especially Northern Europe, and India and has experience in exports both to and from India. He has also for 5 years from 2005 to 2011 had his own factory in India exporting worldwide. In Sweden he has been in politics for many years and held several important posts including as a chancellor and on county level like MLA in India as well as many posts in political boards and committees. Oberg also have held posts on national level. Oberg has held several posts as non-executive director of energy companies and executive director etc in other types of companies in Sweden, UK and India.
